Job Summary
Under the direction of the Superintendent or Designee, organize, coordinate, schedule, lead, and perform a wide variety of complex and administrative office activities; serve as a secretary to the Business and Operations Department and its team; coordinate communications between administrators, District and site personnel, parents, students, and the public; support a wide variety of technical and administrative detail for the Business and Operations team. Incumbents are expected to use initiative, anticipate administrative support requirements, and prepare work with considerable independence of action, using judgment within established precedents, guidelines, and parameters. This full time position is 8 hrs/day, Monday - Friday.
