Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Student Supports, the Coordinator, Community Schools will be responsible for the planning, implementation and management of the California Community Schools Partnership initiative at identified sites in the school district community. This position will implement systems, procedures, and policies; monitor projects; and maintain program fidelity. The position will support a community coalition, using a “whole-child” approach that will pursue partnerships that focus on academics, health and social services, youth and community development, and community engagement and will develop systems to connect families with basic resources needed for family stability.
Requirements / Qualifications
Master's Degree required. Administrative Credential Preferred Possession of a valid California driver's license and vehicle insurance.
