Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Superintendent, or their designee, the Director of Technology is responsible for leadership and management of the District’s Technology Department and personnel. Responsibilities include personnel evaluation, planning, budgeting, managing, and utilizing resources that support the integration of technology into the District’s instructional and administrative programs. The Director of Technology provides strong collaborative, forward-thinking, and responsive leadership in the development, management, and maintenance of the District’s Technology Department, and formulation of strategies that address both immediate and future technology needs and services. 2DODIRTEC
Requirements / Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an education or related field required Knowledge of school district functions, policies, rules, and regulations Advanced proficiency in platforms/applications related to document/file production, sharing, website maintenance, State and Federal reports, and data management.
Letter of Introduction Three current Letters of Recommendation (within the last 6 months) Resume Possess/maintain a valid California Driver’s License Pass BSD pre-employment DOJ/FBI Live Scan Fingerprinting & TB Testing
