Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Education Services Department, the Coordinator of Community Partnerships and Special Projects will organize and support the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) grant. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring CCSPP grant services and programs, approving grant expenditures, and ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements. This is a grant-funded position for up to five years. The Coordinator will support the District’s Strategic Plan, ensuring the use of effective instructional strategies to foster lifelong intellectual inquiry for all students, ensuring equal access to curriculum and programs. The role will focus on supporting the four key areas of the CCSPP grant: Integrated Student Supports, Expanded and Enriched Learning Time and Opportunities, Active Family and Community Engagement, and Collaborative Leadership and Practices. Additionally, the Coordinator will support the District’s Strategic Plan, ensuring that students experience a safe and rigorous learning environment with the implementation of MTSS, PBIS, College and Career Readiness, STEAM, and innovative specialty projects. This involves ensuring the use of highly effective instructional strategies that instill a lifelong habit of intellectual inquiry for all students, ensuring equal access to the curriculum and all programs.
