Requirements / Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: • Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and one year general clerical experience. • Knowledge of basic record-keeping techniques. • Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment. • Knowledge of English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary. • Knowledge of operation of a computer terminal and data entry techniques. • Ability to meet schedules and time lines. • Ability to maintain records and files. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. • Ability to type at a corrected rate of 45 words per minute.
