Requirements / Qualifications
NOTE: Required Examination for candidates will be administered on the following dates Redlands USD, 1. August 1, 2024- 2 PM- 20 W. Lugonia Ave. Redlands CA 92374. 2. August 30, 2024- 11 AM- 20 W. Lugonia Ave. Redlands CA 92374. Testing time is approximately 1.5 hours. NO FURTHER NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN. Disabled applicants may request reasonable accommodation in regard to testing procedures. Please do so prior to the closing date. Photo identification will be required at test site.
Transcripts showing 48 or more college Credits Resume- document that provides an overview of aeducation, work experience, skills, and accomplishments. 1-2 current letters of recommendation- from supervisors who can attest to your skills, work ethic, and qualifications within the last 2 years. **Please Note *** preliminary qualification for the position is dependent on the application being complete and all documents being attached. Incomplete/ blank applications and submissions with missing documents are subject to being screened out.
- Certificate Copy (Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (RBT) required, or proof of enrollment in an accredited RBT program or higher in the same field of study; RBT certification must be acquired within 12 months of the first day of employment.)
