Requirements / Qualifications

TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of college course work in nursing, physiology or related healthcare field; two (2) years of nursing experience; or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Willing to take additional training to treat specific medical condition to permit students to effectively participate in instruction. LICENSE/CERTIFICATE: Current California registration as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse and First Aid/CPR Certificate.

There is a written general proficiency test for this classification, which is given on Tuesday, or Thursday promptly at 9:00 a.m., in the Human Resources Department at our District Office located at 321 N. Iowa Street, Fallbrook, CA 92028. YOU CANNOT BE CONSIDERED IF TESTING IS NOT COMPLETED BEFORE THE POSTING DEADLINE. This position is open to all qualified candidates. CURRENT FUESD EMPLOYEES: You must also submit an on-line application via EdJoin.org, along with a Letter of Introduction, at least three (3) current Letters of Recommendation, Resume, current CA LVN or RN Certificate and First Aid/CPR Certificate.
