Job Summary
Under direction, performs multiple accounts payable tasks; responsible statistical and financial record keeping and filing, perform other related tasks as required. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: • Prepare purchase orders from site requisitions • Match invoices and receive documentation in preparation of payment • Pay purchase orders and mail resulting warrants • Maintain orderly files in a timely manner • Prepare twice-monthly reports for Board of Trustee meetings • Assist vendors and/or answer questions regarding accounts payable • Implement and co-ordinate Just-In-Time supply ordering system • Maintain and reconcile annual 1099/W2 reports and forms • Co-ordinate and maintain District-wide asset inventory • Counter work such as developer fees and resulting accounting for those fees

Equivalent of the completion of the twelfth grade and any combination of training, experience and education that could likely provide the desired knowledge and
abilities; prefer at least two years of clerical experience.
