Job Summary
Job Summary
Under supervision of the Information Technology Product Supervisor or designee, validates device functionality, stages & kits devices, applies device accessories, performs device manipulations and, follows written work instructions to configure devices to specifications; instructs and coordinates with personnel and performs related and non-related work as required. Requirements / Qualifications

Proof of Highest Level of Education . High School Diploma required . One (1) year of experience in the staging, kitting, and configuration of devices and/or setup and repair of networked computer workstations, smartphones other smart devices, computer applications, online platforms, and technical support is preferred
. Requires the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot networked computer workstations, systems, and programs used by the school in department- specific, education, and general administrative areas. . Must be able to install and configure computer components such as, but not limited to, cards and drives. . Must be able to fabricate and connect interface cables and connections between computers. Must be able to analyze data and evaluate the needs of users and develop the alternative solutions to problems and needs. . Must be able to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and timetables. Must be able to read, interpret and apply complex technical information including equipment and network diagrams. . Must be able to package and handle devices safely and accurately, applying accessories and work with computer software . The ability to communicate with a diverse group of people on a daily basis . Possession of a valid California driver's license
