Cupertino may grant up to fourteen (14) years of verified, full-time experience for placement on the salary schedule. Annual bonus of $2,182 for up to two (2) advanced degrees (Masters/Doctorate). Additional annual bonus of $2,182 for National Board Certification. Middle School SAI teachers: The district teacher contract requires a cap of 22 students instead of 28, and have 2 Instructional Assistants (IAs). Elementary School RSP teachers: The district maintains an average of no more than 22 students in resource programs across the district, and each site has one Instructional Assistant (IA) dedicated to the resource program.
