Job Summary
Job Summary
School Therapist provides crisis counseling, trauma infused and social emotional therapy, clinical expertise and case management services to students in a school setting. The essential duties of the position include individual therapy, group therapy, and may on occasion liaison with other agencies and other forms of case management. Caseload is full time serving both campuses - one day in Riverside and four days in Adelanto. Is responsible for maintaining a clinical file on each student in the caseload. May attend IEP meetings as needed.

Master Degree or higher degree in counseling, counseling psychology, psychology, or social work. Possesses a valid Calif. License to practice as an MFT, LCSW or school psychologist. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required. Experience working in a special education setting required. Experience with counseling special needs students required.
