Job Summary
Under the direction of the, Chief Human Resources Officer, perform various complex clerical and administrative duties; prepare correspondences and maintain a variety of manual and automated records and reports related to assigned activities; coordinate communication and information; interpret policies and regulations to officials, staff and the public; coordinate various administrative meetings; maintain Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources calendars.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by two years of college-level coursework in Human Resources or a related field and five years of general clerical experience involving frequent public contact. Licenses and other Requirements 1. Valid California Class C driver’s license. **Typing Verification of 65 words per minute must be attached to the application. **Performance tasks may be a portion of the interview process. District-paid medical, dental, and vision prescription plans are provided for employees and dependents.
