Job Summary
Job Summary
Provide leadership for the development and implementation of instructional programs based on the adopted curriculum; Provide leadership and encouragement to staff and students in their achievement of the basic skills essential to attaining high academic goals and in their walk with Christ; Provide for the maintenance of sound discipline consistent with establishing a positive school environment and achieving the maximum time on task for students and staff; Provide effective guidance and well-being services for all students; Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and the community encouraging their participation and support; Provide for the equitable direction, supervision, and evaluation of assigned certified and classified personnel; Provide leadership for the continuing professional development of the certificated and credentialed staff; Makes maximum use of available auxiliary resources in achieving the instructional goals of the school; Ensure the timely and efficient implementation and application of laws, policies, and procedures governing the operations of the school; Provide for the prompt and accurate maintenance of all records and submission of all reports; Participate in all school-approved evaluation programs and related professional development activities. All employees, regardless of their role, are expected to be born-again believers and followers of Jesus Christ, and as such, are expected to maintain an active, close walk with the Lord Jesus through a healthy, daily devotional life and faithful local church attendance, being a role model for students, in word and deed, of a disciple of Christ.
Requirements / Qualifications
Administrative Services Credential or ACSI Equivalent Masters Degree in Education preferred Minimum of 2 years administrative service Minimum of 3 years teaching experience Resume 3 Letters of Recommendation (pastoral, professional, personal) Employment Application (https://modestochristian.org/about/employment/)
