Job Summary

Successful demonstration in the following areas: Use of best practices of quality and effective instruction and curriculum to implement RBUSD's strategic plan to increase student achievement, leading a dynamic workforce with strategic foresight; directing and overseeing a variety of complex functions and tasks; oversee all aspects of compliance and reporting; using sound judgement in interpreting and applying Board policies and procedures; establishing systems that lead to increased student and employee engagement, creativity, and morale; assessing risks and planning ways to mitigate it; approaching the work through an equity-oriented lens; appreciating the human dimension of Educational Services. This position includes a generous health benefit package, 12 sick days, 16 holidays, 24 vacation days and District contributions to the California State Teachers' Retirement System. Doctorate stipend of $1,000. Special Note: Interview dates: round 1 on July 23, 2024 and round 2 on July 24, 2024.

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid administrative services credential and a valid California teaching credential. A Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Doctoral degree preferred.
