Job Summary
Teach students with special education needs based on their goals and objectives. Consult and collaborate with regular classroom teachers. Administer the academic assessments. Schedule and inform the IEP team of the yearly and triennial meetings. Identify and utilize resources to meet the goals and objectives of the RSP students. Manage the special education program and case load. Attend MCOE SELPA meetings and report to school administrators. Be the liaison and contact person between the school and the directors of special education from SELPA and from the chartering district.
