Requirements / Qualifications
- Letter of Introduction - Two current letters of reference - Transcripts for verification of AA or 48-semester units; or - Passing Score of the Paraeducator test. (Test administered on site) Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalency. - Associate of Arts degree or passing of the paraeducator exam. - Some clerical experience with knowledge of computers and related programs. - Experience specific to a preschool through age 22 in a special education setting is preferred. - Specialized certification related to supporting student(s) and program(s) needs (i.e. EMT, CNA, Etc.) preferred. - Clean and clear driving record and valid California Driver's License. - Ability to pass random drug screenings.
