Job Summary
SUMMARY: Balances, monitors, and reports a wide variety of accounts for District, State, and Federally funded programs; additionally assists the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services with work associated with district’s budget projections.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: • Three years of experience in accounting or related activities • High school diploma or equivalent and two years or more of accounting related coursework • Prior experience with business related office operations highly desirable • Good computer skills required • Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation • Successful completion on the district accounting technician academic proficiency test

The letter of intent or Edjoin application shall be kept on file for the then current school year or until such time as the unit member retracts the letter of intent or Edjoin application, whichever occurs first. NOTE: per Article 6.3.1 "Probationary unit members shall not be eligible for lateral and/or promotional transfers” 2.Résumé 3.Two letters of recommendation (letters must be signed and dated within one (1) year) 4.Proof of completion of Mandated Reporter Training due at time of hiring.
