Under the general supervision of the Athletic Department (AD and VP of Athletics), the Girls Soccer Program Head Coach is responsible for building and organizing the 3-level GIRLS soccer program at BHS, including building their staff (assistants and sub-varsity) and managing team facilities, gear, and finances, to go with the everyday operation of their respective teams, including games, practices, and other activities. The season runs from early November to Mid-February and can go later if the varsity team goes deep into the postseason.
