Under the guidance of the SIS & CALPADS Coordinator, the CALPADS Specialist is responsible for facilitating the accurate transmission of data from the Student Information System (SIS) to the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) and other mandated state and federal reporting systems. This role ensures strict adherence to reporting deadlines, resolves data discrepancies and collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
