An Administrative TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment) operates in a special capacity or a specialized project for the District or assigned school site, supporting goals, initiatives and the Strategic Plan. This opportunity is designed as an administrative training position for an experienced PAUSD teacher, under the direction and supervision of the Site Principal or District Administrator. The Administrative TOSA is a full member the administrative team and is included in decisions impacting the school or District department, and uses different settings and techniques according to assigned worksite.
