Currently we have one open position that serves River Delta USD. We are located 12 miles from Antioch, 20 miles from Fairfield, 21 miles from Dixon, 23 miles from Lodi and Galt, 24 miles from Elk Grove, 29 miles from Vacaville. To perform a variety of highly responsible complex and confidential administrative duties related to all the aspects of the Personnel Department’s human resource functions; to maintain personnel records and databases; to provide information and assistance to District employees and the general public regarding personnel activities, personnel policies and procedures; task related to employer/employee relations; policy development and compliance with federal and state laws; oversight of operations; analyze and monitor credentials for the purpose of compliance; to assist the Superintendent, Business Services, Educational Services, and school administrators with plans for the District’s staffing needs; and to perform related duties as assigned. Work Schedule: 12 Months a year Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Requirements / Qualifications
Passing of District Proficiency test required if no AA degree or higher is held.

ABOUT THE DISTRICT
The River Delta District office is located in Rio Vista which is 45 miles northeast of San Francisco and 35 miles south-west of Sacramento.
River Delta is a K-12 district with an enrollment of 1,880. The District has 8 small schools: (4) K-6 elementary schools; (2) middle schools; and (2) high schools serving the communities of Clarksburg, Hood, Courtland, Walnut Grove, Ryde, Locke, Isleton, Rio Vista, Birds Landing, and Collinsville
The River Delta Unified School District sits in three counties – Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo. Although it is a tri-county district, it is served by the Sacramento County Office of Education.
River Delta Unified School District is committed to providing a quality education for all students and has high standards and expectations for students' success in school. We are committed to ensuring that our students meet these standards and that our clients' expectations for education-al excellence are not compromised. The District continually improves and expands its curriculum by implementing new programs and broadening the instructional strategies used in the classroom.
Staff development opportunities are provided, encouraged, and promoted. Strategic Schooling is ongoing in all our school sites and Common Core training and coaching is the top priority for the district currently.
In addition, the District provides opportunities for staff to participate in on-going in-services in all curriculum areas. The district encourages advancement on the salary schedule for advanced classes taken to improve instruction in areas agreed upon by the teacher, principal, and Superintendent.
