QUALIFICATIONS: * Attention to detail with thoroughness to effectively complete each task * Knowledge of the methods, materials, and equipment used in the various building construction and maintenance trades and grounds care specialties. * Ability to layout, schedule, direct and control a diversified maintenance and operations work program. * Ability to Inspect and/or supervise the inspection of various construction, maintenance and grounds projects. * Evaluate and develop procedures, standards, and methods for student transportation operations. * Principles and practices of safe work practices and procedures. * Strong communication skills * Ability to organize time * Initiative to work on own with minimum supervision
