The El Dorado County Office of Education, a recognized leader in providing high-quality alternative educational programs, is looking for a talented Mental Health Clinician to join our team as a part of our Charter Programs. This position covers three school sites under the Charter Alternative Programs umbrella. Our instructional format is a hybrid model. Charter Home Study Academy serves grades TK-8th grade and is located in El Dorado, California. CHSA provides small, nurturing classroom environments. Mountainside Middle College High School is located at the El Dorado Center of Folsom Lake College and focus on Dual Enrollment. Students come to the school site a minimum of two days per week for High School classes and take additional classes through Folsom Lake College. Through this partnership, students have robust opportunities to earn college credits in pathways that include Associate's Degrees, Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC), and Career Ed Certificates. Mountainside Success Academy has a school site at EDCOE and is an alternative program designed with the whole child approach which includes smaller class sizes, more 1:1 assistance, independent study and direct instruction opportunities, and multiple choices for a flexible schedule. Students are scheduled in a flex model and attend school 1-4 days per week, Monday through Thursday.
