Job Summary

Under the direction of a director, plan, organize and deliver services in the SCOE service area with a focus on administrator induction, including staff development training and consulting; serve as a resource to school districts and SCOE in the area of administrator induction.

Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of teaching experience and 2 years experience in an administrative role required; experience in educational programs in curriculum or staff development is desirable. Master’s Degree from an accredited college is desirable. THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED OF ALL APPLICANTS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: • Copy of valid California teaching credential in the appropriate academic fields (elementary or secondary) OR appropriate intern-eligible letter from a college/university clearly stating what the applicant is eligible for. • Copy of valid California Administrative Services Credential OR intern-eligible letter from a college/university clearly stating what the applicant is eligible for OR Certificate of Eligibility. • Copy of transcripts (Can be unofficial at the time of application) SPECIAL NOTE: Copies of credentials should include the name of the credential, credential details, authorizations, and expiration date. You may obtain a copy from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing website at www.ctc.ca.gov RECOMMENDED DOCUMENTS: • Letter of Interest • Resume • Letter(s) of recommendation
