Eligible substitutes will receive one bonus based on cumulative days worked in TVUSD during the 2024-2025 school year. At the end of each school year the District will divide each substitute’s total hours worked by 7 hours to determine bonus eligibility. The specific eligibility tiers and bonus amounts are listed below:
Days Worked in TVUSD Bonus Criteria Bonus Amount
25%-49% of School Year (45+ Days) $1,000
50%-74% of School Year (90+ Days) $2,000
75%-89% of School Year (135+ Days) $3,000
90%-100% of School Year (162+Day) $4,000
