Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Some post secondary education in classes such as psychology, child development, or others that would adequately prepare an individual to work with severely handicapped high school students, or four years experience working in a facility or with adolescents who are severely handicapped. ** One time hiring bonus for IA III/IV/V** - Employee must be newly hired after January 25, 2024 through July 31, 2024 - Employee must achieve successful completion of their probationary period as a district employee - Newly hired IA who do not successfully complete their probationary period or who otherwise end their employment with the district prior to the end of their probationary period, will not receive the one time bonus or any pro rated portion thereof. - One-time hiring bonus will be payable only after successful completion of probationary period as a district employee. TESTING INFORMATION: Test dates: 07/17/2024 at 8:30AM   Testing Location: 302 N. Midway Drive Escondido, CA 92027   Please arrive by 8:30am. A photo ID is required to test.   ALL APPLICANTS MUST PARTICIPATE IN JOB SPECIFIC TESTING, AND PASS WITH A 70% OR HIGHER.
