Job Summary
Under direction, the Regional Recruiter performs liaison functions with school districts, and other agencies as assigned in the collection and processing of data; responsible for providing analysis and interpretation of such data as required. The Regional Recruiter will also coordinate the dissemination of services to identified students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Experience: • One-year performing similar job duties are desired. Minimum Education Requirement: • Ability to read, speak and write in English and Spanish. • Two (2) years of college is preferred. However, any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the above duties is acceptable. • Must maintain proof of privately owned automobile insurance and possess a valid California Motor Vehicle operator’s license. Attach any documents that you feel will help demonstrate that you meet the minimum qualifications listed above (i.e. resume, transcript, diploma, resume). Documents you wish to attach should be uploaded via EDJOIN by the filing deadline in order to be considered in the hiring process (pertains to current employees also). CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Fingerprint clearance by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice is a condition of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met. Must present verification of completion of Child Abuse Mandated Reporter training or obtain verification within six (6) weeks of hire and annually thereafter, as required by the California Child Abuse Neglect Reporting Act.
