Primary Faculty Responsibilities: - Teach graduate level credentialing courses online, onsite, and/or in a hybrid delivery format: Content Specific Seminar – Math - Advise and mentor candidates of diverse cultures and backgrounds. - Participate in curriculum and instructional development. - Attend regularly scheduled institutional, regional, and statewide meetings and symposia. - Assist in developing schedules for courses and cohort programs. - Establish and maintain communities of practice, positive climate and relationships with faculty and staff. - Educate and engage faculty, candidates, and interns through formal class presentations, workshops, and trainings as necessary. - Analyze data and create reports on accreditation data and requirements and ensure compliance with local, state, regional, and federal policies. - Ensure program and candidate compliance with state licensure requirements. - Create, maintain, and update accurate systems to track program data ensuring compliance with state regulations. - Work with supervisor to maintain and update assessment data, per state requirements. - Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain ongoing program review in accordance with shifting accreditation standards. - Work with supervisors to maintain Teacher Preparation Program policies and procedures in all documents, records, and websites. Required Qualifications - An earned master’s degree from a regionally accredited university in Teacher Education or a Subject Matter Discipline (Math). - Experience teaching within the TK-12 educational system (Math). - Experience utilizing the latest research-based strategies in critical pedagogy, culturally sustaining pedagogy, and funds of community cultural wealth. - Experience utilizing alternative forms of assessment with K-12 grade-levels and ability to guide district interns in the development and use of standards-based assessments. - Experience teaching at the higher education level or with a cr
