BASIC FUNCTION: Under general supervision, to perform a variety of specialized duties in support of assigned human resources functions; serve as a technical resource to employees, applicants and outside agencies regarding personnel functions, activities and requirements; respond to inquiries, resolve issues and provide technical and detailed information concerning related laws, rules, regulations practices, policies and procedures; perform other related functions as directed.

Three years related human resources experience. A combination of education, training, and experience that could provide the desired skills, knowledge and abilities may be considered. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: Copies of transcripts showing Bachelor's degree must be attached at the time of application. The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance.
