Job Summary

Under supervision, assists certificated staff with the instruction, supervision, and training of individual or groups of special education students with severe disabilities, performs a variety of one-on-one physical care and instructional support activities, and performs related work as required.

Updated Resume Letter of Introduction or Interest Letter(s) of Recommendation (1 or 2) Completion of at least two years of study at an institution of higher education; or possession of an AA degree or higher; or verification of having obtained a passing score on a district-approved proficiency assessment demonstrating knowledge of, and ability to assist in, instructing reading, writing and mathematics.

Interviews are tentatively scheduled for the week of July 15th. Current RJUHSD employees interested in a lateral transfer or promotion must submit an application through EDJOIN for consideration. Current RJUHSD employees do not need to submit a letter of rec, resume, and letter of introduction. Current RJUHSD Paraeducators do not need to submit proof of higher education.
