Requirements / Qualifications

Folsom Cordova Unified School District is seeking to build a team that is representative of the Folsom Cordova student body and community. Diverse individuals are encouraged to apply. Pay: $54.62/hr Experience: This position is supplemental to your current position in the district and is not site-specific. Candidates must be current employees of the district. Education: Possession of a credential issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). Position is for a one-year term. The District is looking for up to 3 Certificated Personnel to work as Equity Leaders. Equity Leaders will go through training and complete tasks as outlined in the Equity Leaders Action Plan, specifically the minimum of three (3) tasks/strategies for maximum six (60) hours. Equity Leaders will engage in the following: 1. Complete Foundational Equity Learning Series (new Equity Leaders only). 2. In alignment with the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), Equity Leaders will participate in at least three (3) Equity Leader Action Plan activities/strategies. These activities/strategies will be co-created and approved by the Director of Social-Emotional Learning and Equity.
