St. Louis de Montfort School, Santa Maria, CA Middle School Teacher Job Description St. Louis de Montfort School is seeking an experienced, innovative, and enthusiastic Middle School educator for grades 6th -8th willing to work collaboratively with a highly qualified professional learning community in a supportive school environment. This person will be the writing teacher for grades 6th – 8th and the 6th grade homeroom teacher. You will be one of the middle school team members. The 6th grade homeroom teacher. St. Louis de Montfort is located on the beautiful central coast of California, 3 hours north of Los Angeles. Responsibilities Creating and implementing ADLA and CA standard-based lessons, utilizing formative and summative assessments to drive instruction and support students, experience in differentiating instruction, effective communication with parents, strong classroom management skills, able to integrate technology in daily instructions, and contain a desire to work in a faith-based community.
