St. Louis de Montfort School, Santa Maria, CA 5th School Teacher Job Description St. Louis de Montfort School is seeking an experienced, innovative, and enthusiastic 5th grade teacher willing to work collaboratively with a highly qualified professional learning community in a supportive school environment. You will be the 5th grade teacher in a self-contained classroom. St. Louis de Montfort is located on the beautiful central coast of California, 3 hours north of Los Angeles. Responsibilities Creating and implementing ADLA and CA standard-based lessons, utilizing formative and summative assessments to drive instruction and support students, experience in differentiating instruction, effective communication with parents, strong classroom management skills, able to integrate technology in daily instructions, and contain a desire to work in a faith-based community.
