Manager of Annual Fund & Alumni Relations at Mater Dei High School

Mater Dei High School, a co-educational college preparatory diocesan Catholic high school, has an immediate opening for a Manager of Annual Fund & Alumni Relations. This full-time exempt position is responsible for managing the Annual Fund and supporting the alumni cultivation strategy for the school. The Manager of Annual Fund & Alumni Relations works directly with the Director of Alumni and Legacy Relations, the Vice President of School Relations and other members of the Office of Advancement to ensure an integrated and collaborative approach. Candidate must possess the ability to work in a performance-based environment with tracking of meeting goals, contacts and dollars raised. Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establishing annual fundraising goals, objectives, and projections for the Annual Fund. Manages 1950 Day, Mater Dei High School’s annual day of giving. Manages on-line giving with a focus on donor retention and establishing recurring gifts. Identifies prospects for major and planned gifts. Forges relationships with alumni and lifetime parents. Supports the Director of Alumni and Legacy Relations in multiple areas of alumni engagement, including reunions, alumni clubs, and alumni communications. Candidate should be dedicated to the mission of Catholic education, as envisioned in Church documents and teachings, rooted in our core principles of Honor, Glory, and Love. Education: Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Three years of progressively responsible experience in development and fundraising preferred.
