Included in instruction are safety and sanitation, cooking and baking methods and techniques, advanced cooking and guest relations, international cuisine, identification of tools and ingredients, nutrition, menu development, food service math, and guest service. Integrated throughout are essential employability skills for entry-level culinary positions.
