Job Summary

Perform highly responsible and confidential administrative support services. Complete professional, advanced technical, highly complex clerical duties that require initiative, sound judgement, research, and extensive knowledge of resources used in compliance with State Education Code, State and Federal guidelines and regulations.

Requirements / Qualifications

Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to graduation from high school and 3-5 five years of secretarial/administrative assistant experience including one year in an educational environment; college-level coursework preferred. Desired Skills School District Experience Knowledge of MUNIS software Familiarity with Aeries database
