Requirements / Qualifications
Education / Experience Required: - BA or BS Degree in Anatomy, Kinesiology, Physiology, Nutrition or similar field. - Any combination of experience, training and/or education to demonstrate proficiency in the knowledge and abilities listed in Sports Medicine or similar field. Certificates / Licenses Required: - ATC Certification in good standing with the BOC - First Aid Certification - CPR Certification - Valid California Driver’s License - Basic Water Safety Certification is desirable

District pays 80% of the Kaiser Single Party Premium or 80% of Kaiser Two Party Premium for those selecting a "Two-Party" or "Family" Coverage Plan. For Employees opting out of the District Medical Plan, Cash-In Lieu is paid at 20.5% of the Kaiser Single Rate pro-rated by FTE.
DENTAL:
Dental Benefits through Delta Dental are not part of an open enrollment plan. Classified employees pay into a Single, Two Party, or family plan pro-rated by FTE.
VISION:
The District has partnered with Vision Service Plan (VSP) to provide employees with vision services. Employees may purchase VSP through Payroll Deduction.
