Department Summary Housed under the newly developed University Consortium of Schools (previously PreK-12), the UCLA Lab School is an innovative school forchildren ages 4-12 and a laboratory for teachers and researchers in the School of Education & Information Studies (SE&IS) at UCLA. The Business Office manages and supports an annual budget of $11 million and manages over 100+ academic and careers employees, 30+ student workers, independent contractors, and volunteers. Position Summary Under the direction of the Director of Finance and Operations, the HR and Academic Personnel Analyst manages all aspects of human resources and academic personnel at the UCLA Lab School. The HR and Academic Personnel Analyst will serve as a resource to employees and supervisors for HR, Academic Personnel, and payroll questions but will also connect the employees to UCLA main campus and UCPath central administration for questions regarding their benefits and payroll. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications 2-5 years Working in an administrative department with human resources responsibilities within the University System. (Preferred) Excellent written, verbal, and editing skills.
