Requirements / Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field. Valid California Administrative Credential or equivalent. Proven experience as a school principal or in a significant educational leadership role, preferably in an online or technology-rich environment. Strong understanding of curriculum standards, online education delivery, and performance evaluation methods. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to drive educational success and innovation in a virtual setting.

This is a full-time remote position; the employee must reside in California. This position is eligible for CalSTRS. Some travel will be required on occasion for in-person events within California. This position will commence on July 1st,2024.
