Job Summary

The Vice Principal will directly support teachers' development into outstanding educators, implement and refine Navigator's data and assessment practices, and create and implement effective intervention programs to ensure all students have the skills necessary to succeed in college and beyond. In addition, the Vice Principal will collaborate with other leadership team members to ensure that all academic and non-academic programs and practices are successfully implemented and continuously improving. The Vice Principal is an essential team member of the school leadership team and primarily performs the job duties listed below, but will step in whenever necessary to duties usually assigned to the Principal and other leadership team members.
