Job Summary
Under the direction of the Student Records & CALPADS State Compliance Manager, operate the telephone system and provide information to the public, GLC employees, parents, and students, ability to give directions on how to navigate the school website, and perform a variety of routine clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and one year of general office experience is required
These items will be required of the successful candidate upon hire: * Cleared Live Scan fingerprint results * Current TB clearance * Current CPR AND First Aid certification - infants, adults & children * Mandated Reporter online training * Additional online training as required All of the following documents are required to apply and to be considered for this position: * Letter of Introduction * 3 Letters of Recommendation (current - within the last 2 years) * Resume
