Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, the Induction Coach manages and coordinates the BTSA/Induction Program, as part of the Santa Cruz/Silicon Valley New Teacher Project; works with teachers with preliminary teaching credentials and teachers with out of state credentials who are required to participate in an induction program to clear their credentials, works closely with teachers to develop capacity for reflection on and refinement of practice based on the teaching standards.

Valid California Teaching Credential and English Language Learners Authorization, valid California Driver’s License and personal auto insurance
