Requirements / Qualifications

We will be conducting a Hiring Event on Saturday, June 22, 2024 for Classified Special Education positions Only. You will have the opportunity to test, interview and be recommended for a placement! Event will take place from 9:00am to 1:00pm. at Santa Ana Unified School District office. If you are interested please submit an application and an HR representative will be in contact with you for further details. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: *Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school *Some experience working with children in an educational or therapy setting or course work in the instructional aide and special child area. *Must meet ESSA requirements - to meet requirement, applicants must possess either an Associate of Arts (A.A) degree or 48 semester units from college/university or pass District examination. (See Notes below) Please attach following documents below: *High School Diploma *Unofficial College Transcripts or certificate (showing proof of 48 college semester Units) *Resume (Desirable, not required)

Testing will be provided on the day of the hiring fair from 9am to 12:30pm, if needed. Will also be testing prior to event on June 18, 2024 at 2:00pm.
