Job Summary

Job Summary

Reporting directly to their assigned leadership staff member, the Executive Assistant I provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant I serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external audiences on all matters pertaining to their assigned leadership staff member. The Executive Assistant I must have a strong self-directed proactive attitude, accommodate different work styles, demonstrate sound and consistent judgement, make timely decisions in relatively complex situations, and prioritize among multiple projects. Requirements / Qualifications

Proof of Highest Level of Education . 1 year of experience working at an administrative level . AA or equivalent experience preferred

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners . Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability . Emotional maturity . Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently . Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response . Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment . Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions . Excellent time management skills, and ability to work flexible hours when needed . Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and be flexible . The ability to communicate with a diverse group of people on a daily basis . Possession of a valid California driver's license
