Job Summary

Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, provides general clerical support and reception services for CCOE, greeting and assisting visitors and assisting staff with clerical support.

High school diploma or equivalent, and: Office Assistant I: Less than two years clerical experience Office Assistant II: Two years or more of clerical experience involving frequent public contact and/or training or education in the secretarial or related field Office Assistant III: Three to five years of clerical experience within CCOE involving frequent public contact and additional training in the secretarial or clerical field, or college degree in office occupations or related field.
