Job Summary

Job Summary

Under general supervision this classified position is responsible for the preparation and release of payment from various accounts. Receives requisitions and obtains information relative to price, product quality, service and delivery timelines, and other related clerical works. Prepares cash receipts for deposit, assigns account coding to income received. Maintains fixed asset database. Assists with other accounting duties as needed under the direction of the Accounting Supervisor or Director of Business Services. 2DOACCTECH

Requirements / Qualifications

Letter of Introduction Resume Three letter of recommendations - Letters must be current (within the last two calendar years and one must be from a current or former supervisor/manager) High or College diploma/transcripts (will need official transcripts upon hire)

Background clearance (HR will provide Livescan form upon hire) TB clearance (will need upon hire)
