This opening is for the 2024-2025 school year. Teaching instrumental music classes in partnership with Instrumental Music Director/Jazz Band & Orchestra at our Los Alamitos High School campus. This collaborative assignment will include sections of jazz band, wind symphony, chamber orchestra, AP Music Theory Marching Band and Auxiliary Groups Director; Competitive Field Show Marching Band; Competitive Spring Indoor Color Guard and Drumline Learn more about our award-winning District by visiting our website at www.losal.org. Requirements / Qualifications
• Valid California Credential in secondary level Music and an English Learner authorization required (must be completed by August 12, 2024) • Major or minor in Music required See the list of required supporting documents below:

- Credential Copy (copy of valid credential or program status letter)
- English Learner Authorization
- Letter of Introduction (Please include: background, three critical skills, and why you want to work in Los Al; Address letter to Dr. Ryan Weiss-Wright, Ed.D, Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Please attached three (3) current letters of recommendation)
