About Us:
At PacBay,
Our mission is to inspire students to become ambitious, joyful, and deeply engaged leaders in a quickly changing world.
Our faculty values excellence in teaching, effective pedagogy, and building meaningful relationships with students.
Our approach to Christian faith is ecumenical, inclusive, welcoming, and non-judgemental. Our Christ-centered framework forms a basis for our students to develop personal character, grapple with ethical dilemmas, and engage in serving communities near and far. Our faith-based community does not seek to provide religious or theological training; rather, we aim to foster genuine love for our neighbors, gain deeper empathy for our human experience, and engender in students and teachers continuous curiosity and a desire to learn.
We are diverse - 63% students of color; 30% First-generation college-bound students
Our core values are:

Diversity and Belonging: Building a welcoming school, honoring every individual’s inherent dignity. John Lewis’s words also resonate deeply with us: "If you come together with a mission, and it's grounded with love and a sense of community, you can make the impossible possible."
Joy, Hope, and Engagement: Encouraging humility alongside excellence, fostering genuine engagement.
Service and Hospitality: Cultivating care, trust, and community to prepare students for lives of meaningful service. As Theodore Roosevelt wisely said, "People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care."
