Atascadero Unified School District 5601 West Mall, Atascadero, CA 93422 Job Opportunity DATE: May 23rd, 2025 POSITION: Educational Behavior Specialist WORK CALENDAR: 200 day work calendar, 8 hrs/day SALARY: Special Services Salary Schedule (Range 4A Step A - $52.37/hr to Step F - $63.43/hr*) *2% Educational Enhancement REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: • Master’s Degree in Psychology or Special Education and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certificate. ~ or ~ Valid CA. Education Specialist Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology and Autism Authorization • Minimum three years supervision and or teaching experience with students with exceptional needs. • Evidence of behavioral training and experience. • Knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Non-violent Crisis Intervention training, and Functional Behavioral Assessments. • Ability to pass DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance required. • TB Clearance required prior to working.
