Job Summary

Job Summary

The Program Director, Intensive District Strategic Support is responsible for directing the Systemic Instructional Review (SIR) for San Lorenzo Unified and the implementation of its recommendations as part of Intensive Differentiated Assistance support for the district. This position will work collaboratively with leaders across the Alameda County Office of Education and identified districts to organize and present the SIR findings, project manage and design the district’s implementation plan, collect quarterly benchmarks and communicate the findings to a variety of community partners. This position will collaborate with other leaders across the Statewide System of Support providing Differentiated Assistance to share learnings and best practices. This job reports to the assigned administrator.

Requirements / Qualifications

Starting in the 2024-2025 School Year Education & Experience: Education: -Bachelor’s degree (required) -Master’s degree or Ph.D. (preferred) -Valid California Administrative Credential (required) Experience: -Minimum of five (5) years educational experience at a county or district office or other organization leading successful district and/or school improvement efforts (preferred) -Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience (preferred) -Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record (required) Equivalency: Equivalent combination of education and experience. (if applicable)
